Family Plan Terms of Use

1. Service

The family plan is a monthly subscription that lets parents create child accounts to use math problem solving, grading, lessons, and solution feedback.
One parent may create up to 3 child accounts.
Children share 3,000 credits each month. Credits are granted once to the parent's wallet at the start of each subscription period (the first payment and each monthly renewal). Credits remaining in existing child accounts are used first. Credits are used for features such as solution feedback and personalized lessons.

2. Sign-up

Only parents aged 14 or older may create a parent account. Verification is required using an email address or a Korean mobile number.
Students under 14 cannot sign up directly; their parents create and manage their child accounts.

3. Payment and automatic renewal

Payments are made only within the app using an account for the app marketplace where the app was downloaded, and are subject to that marketplace's payment policies.
Subscriptions renew automatically every month. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the same amount will be charged for the next period.
You may cancel at any time through subscription management in the app marketplace where you paid. After cancellation, you may continue using the service until the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds follow the refund policies and procedures of the app marketplace where you paid.
Subscriptions provided free of charge by the operator can be used without payment for the stated period and do not renew automatically. The same shared credit rules apply during the complimentary period.

4. Account deletion

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your store subscription. Please cancel your subscription in the store first.
