How to request deletion

You can delete a parent account directly in the app: Parent home → Delete account

1. Ask the academy teacher or parent who created your username to delete your account, or email us directly below.
2. Use "Account deletion request" as the email subject. Include the username to delete and your relationship to the account (student, parent, or academy).
3. After verifying your identity or confirming with your parent or academy, we'll delete the account and learning data within 30 days and email you when it's done.

Data we delete

• Account details: name, preferred name, grade, username, and mobile number for parent accounts
• Learning history: submitted answers and scores, time spent solving problems and watching lessons, feedback, concept mastery, and credit history
• Uploads: photos of your work, workbook problem photos, and questions (photos are automatically deleted after 30 days, even without a request)
• Support inquiries

Payment and subscription records are stored separately for 5 years under Korean e-commerce law, then deleted. Website inquiries and launch notification sign-up details are deleted 1 year after we respond.
